چکیده
Under the assumption of linear wave theory, a semi-analytical model is developed to address time-dependent water scattering problem involving marine structure consisting several circular rigid vertical cylinders, each which surrounded by thin cylindrical porous wall with region between inner cylinder and wall. The tackled applying eigenfunction expansion approach. energy dissipation relation also derived for system compound cylinders. principal focus this work lies in locating optimum geometrical configurations forces acting on are minimal along given direction frequency domain. Subsequently, response under impact Gaussian pulse examined. wavenumber at force its maximum obtained value porous-effect parameter. Moreover, that corresponding decreases as magnitude parameter increases. carefully validated numerically against results available existing literature.

Scattering by an array of perforated cylinders with a porous core.
In this work multiple scattering by an array of perforated cylindrical shells with a porous core has been investigated. A semi-analytical model to predict scattering from such cylindrical units is presented in the context of the multiple scattering theory (MST), and validated against laboratory experiments. The suggested semi-analytical multiple scattering model uses an impedance expression to ...
متن کاملwater wave scattering by a surface discontinuity over a uniform porous bottom
scattering of an incoming wave train by a discontinuity at the upper surface of the ocean over a uniform porous bottom of finite depth is considered here in the framework of linearized water wave theory. by employing residue calculus method, the reflection and transmission coefficient are obtained. these coefficients are computed numerically for different values of the porosity parameter g and ...

the methods which are used to analyze microstrip antennas, are divited into three categories: empirical methods, semi-empirical methods and full-wave analysis. empirical and semi-empirical methods are generally based on some fundamental simplifying assumptions about quality of surface current distribution and substrate thickness. thses simplificatioms cause low accuracy in field evaluation. ful...

Abstract—A rigorous semi-analytical solution is presented for electromagnetic scattering from an array of circular cylinders due to an obliquely incident plane wave. The cylinders are illuminated by either TMz or TEz incident plane wave. The solution is based on the application of the boundary conditions on the surface of each cylinder in terms of the local coordinate system of each individual ...
متن کاملElectromagnetic Scattering of Plane Wave from a Finite Array of Partially-Shielded Dielectric Cylinders
The rigorous Method of Regularization is applied to the problem of electromagnetic scattering of plane waves by a finite array of partiallyshielded circular cylinders. A set of ill-posed dual series equations is resulted from imposing the mixed boundary conditions on the surface of each of the cylinders. Each of the M sets of dual series equations are treated separately using the Method of Regu...
